                     Interface.  Upper bound Analyses by Microsoft GINO software had been done to 

                     Measure required welding pressure and prediction of layer thickness.

4. Experiences

NEPC Company: 1991-1994, Nonferrous Engineering and processing company. Active on process designing and equipment manufacturing for Sarcheshme copper smelter complex. 

 

Ghods Niroo Consulting engineer: 1994 up to 2005, welding engineer and steel structure inspector and then quality control consultant. Supervising on manufacturing  and quality control of Steam and hydro power plant equipment , steel structure and pressure vessel such as, turbine hall steel structure, boiler structure, water wall, LP super heater, HP super heater condenser, economizer, oil preheater, large storage tank, stack, draft tube, spiral case, radial gate, flap gate and bus ducts  so on. Quality control perform according to standards such as ASME, AWS, ASTM, API, DIN, BS, JIS, and ISO.

 

Tak. Flez Co.: 1999 up to now, the company is active on electroplating of Nickel, tin, chromated zinc and silver on parts used in power plant equipments.

 

Azad University of Karaj: 1999 up to now. Assistant professor, teaching material science and engineering to under graduated and graduated student at industrial metallurgy collage of AZAD UNIVERSITY OF KARAJ, Tehran/Iran. The lecturing courses are as following.

  • Good experience on mechanical testing of material such as tensile test, hardness test, Impact test, Torsion test, Fatigue test, Creep test, sheet metal testing.

  • Good experience on international standards such as ASTM, ASME, API, DIN, BS, JIS, and ISO.

  • Good experience on non-destructive evaluation, level II ultrasonic and practical experience on radiographic testing and interpretation.

  • Good experience on preparing welding procedure specification (WPS) and inspection of ferrous and non-ferrous welding.

  • Practical Experience on electroplating such as Nickel, Tin, silver and cromated zinc plating on copper, iron and aluminum and heat resistance alloy.

  • Award of best research article in first International conference on Hydroelectric Power Plant in Iran.
